Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments as per therapy care plan.
• Document and record treatments in a timely manner.
• Follow established policies related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to patient care priorities.
• Complete required orientations and trainings.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
