Qualifications

Valid professional license in the state of practice (SC).
Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; foreign-trained applicants must have credentials deemed equivalent by a credential evaluation organization approved by APTA.

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized physical therapy care plan.
Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
Complete all orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and promptly.
Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
