Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Falls City, NE is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Licensed PTs of all experience levels are welcome to apply, and you’ll be part of a stable, supportive therapy team.

Key responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with physical functioning disorders, delivering skilled, medically necessary treatment, conducting wound care when needed, and providing discharge summaries.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, gait training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices).
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders and care options.
• Generate discharge summaries and ensure regulatory compliance.
