Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops an overall plan of care including treatment, frequency, and measurable goals to support discharge.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents observations and patient responses within required timeframes.
• Completes all documentation timely and per regulations and policies.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention methods.
