Florida PT license and at least 1 year of nursing home experience are preferred. The PT will work with the rehab team to implement treatment plans and provide staff training as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment goals and methods.
• Implement the physical therapy treatment plan and complete documentation.
• Apply therapeutic techniques for gait, strength, balance, mobility, and posture.
• Design and fit adaptive devices and train residents in their use.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure appropriate regimens.
• Instruct residents in mobility activities and monitor progress.
• Supervise supportive personnel and conduct PT technique trainings.
