Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Duluth, GA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a senior living/assisted living setting. Pay range is $50-$54/hr depending on experience, with a flexible schedule and a collaborative, therapist-led team.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, delivering treatment and education, thorough documentation, and collaborating with healthcare providers to improve mobility and function for residents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license-eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical status including mobility, strength and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and guidance for home routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
