Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN therapy team at Chaparral House in Berkeley, CA. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, performing assessments and implementing treatment plans under physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy with a current state license and may supervise PTAs.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physicians’ orders.
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
