Job summary

This on-site role requires an active CA PT license, strong communication, organization, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed, with weekend coverage and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license and certification as required by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs, and application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
• This PRN role covers increased caseload, vacation coverage, and weekends as needed.
