Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care at Seneca Place in Verona, PA. The role supports continuity with the full-time team and offers flexibility to choose work days, with leadership from experienced therapists.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing plans of care, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
