An established industry player is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their pediatric therapy team. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with various health conditions, providing therapeutic treatment, and instructing families on individualized activity programs. Candidates with pediatric experience will be preferred but are not required. Evaluates patients with known or suspected health conditions and performs therapeutic treatment procedures as indicated. Makes patient referrals to other health care agencies/disciplines as needed. Instructs patients and family members in individualized activity programs to maximize functional abilities. Completes timely documentation. Preference is given to candidates with experience in pediatric intensive care units and/or advanced care units in pediatrics, but this is not required. The employee must be available for weekend coverage at least once a month, along with some weekday coverage. The employee is also responsible for supporting the mission, goals, and vision of Creighton Pediatric Therapy.
