Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an approved program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable).
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification is required.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care.
• Deliver physical therapy in a competent and safe manner.
• Re-evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain complete documentation and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
