Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in the St. Louis area to join a patient-centered team providing high-quality rehabilitation services. The position supports a therapist-led approach and offers PRN scheduling across locations in the St.

Louis, MO area. The successful candidate will hold an accredited PTA program degree, possess an active license, and may have prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
