Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license or eligibility in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism.
• Ability to work with older adults onsite.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide safe, resident-centered interventions and clear patient education.
• Document visits accurately and on time.
• Communicate progress, concerns, and outcomes with the therapy team.
