What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting as part of a team
• Implement the patient's Care Plan for rehabilitation under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting patients with tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and daily documentation of charges
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
• Handle responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program culminating in an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or equivalent where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)

Hourly range: $27.20 - $42.00 per year.
