Qualifications

Role Description

What you will do in this role:

1. Provide quality, compassionate care in a team environment within a secure setting.
2. Implement patients' Care Plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting patients with tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
3. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation.
4. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
5. Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-up programs.
6. Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited PTA program culminating in an Associate Degree.
2. Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in states where services are provided.
3. CPR certification if required.

Additional Information

Hourly range: $27.20 - $42.00 per hour.
