Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on implementing personalized treatment plans under PT supervision and contributing to patient progress documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree PTA, an active PTA license, and prefers candidates with about 1 year of PTA experience. This position offers PRN daytime shifts, including some weekend coverage, at our Eastgate/Spring Cincinnati locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
