Qualifications

• BLS certification within six months of employment; valid driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with therapy activities under a PT's supervision.
• Administer and monitor therapy interventions and document progress.
• Contribute to treatment planning and communicate patient responses to the PT.
