Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a therapist-led team expanding a national footprint. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active state PTA license. One year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Active, unencumbered state PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
