Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our team under the guidance of a physical therapist. You will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care and work closely with PTs to ensure positive outcomes.

You will document patient responses, discuss progress with the Physical Therapist and other staff, and assist with all phases of treatment using standard equipment in our facility.

• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs with the Physical Therapist based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
