Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a qualified Acute Care Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based care and support patient recovery in hospital settings.

You’ll establish treatment plans, connect with patients and hospital teams, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and ongoing professional growth. This PRN role includes weekend days and holidays with compensation of $35/hour on weekdays and $40/hour on weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday
