Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation/acute care in Florida. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care and advancing patients toward their goals within a collaborative hospital environment.

You will work with a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, and ortho services, engage in structured mentorship, and leverage ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
