Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Destin, FL is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. You’ll deliver evidence-based care to diverse patients in inpatient rehab and acute care settings.

Establish timely treatment plans, build strong interdisciplinary relationships with physicians and nurses, and contribute to compassionate, outcomes-driven care. We offer a competitive salary ($75k–$110k), PTO, license renewal reimbursement, MedBridge CE access, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Pay Range: $75,000 - $110,000 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
