Enhance Rehabilitation in Chicago is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join a growing team. Working under a Physical Therapist, you will assist patients by following an individualized plan of care and help implement treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, communicating with therapists and staff, and applying standard PT equipment during therapy sessions to deliver quality outcomes.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
