Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc.).

Hospital/Clinic Address: 1395 S Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689

Hospital/Clinic Information: PT Solutions proudly has partnered with Advent Health North Pinellas, which is a132-bed facility and a small community hospital. All primarily geriatric population. Joint commission certified for joint hip and total knee program and holds a primary stroke certification. There are 5 total floors to the hospital including 1 critical care unit and 1 step down unit. This is an all-acute care hospital.

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintainrelationships throughout the hospital (I.e.physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
