Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our acute care team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role emphasizes evidence-based care to help patients achieve their functional goals and requires establishing effective treatment plans and strong interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Your Responsibilities As An Acute Care Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs

• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Annual Salary: $75,000- $110,000 / year

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
