Job summary

PT Solutions in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and collaborate with hospital teams to improve patient outcomes. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy and establish timely treatment plans in Acute Care.

Eligible candidates hold a CAPTE-approved PT program, current or pending state licensure, and BLS. Pay is $50.00–$55.00 per hour, with weekend/holiday PRN shifts at 1000 Mar Walt Drive, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.

Qualifications

• CAPTE‑approved physical therapy program is required.
• Current or pending state licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, and care teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers and nurses.

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintainrelationships throughout the hospital (I.e.physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 an hour(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
