Job summary

PT Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist to elevate patient care and advance your clinical career in a supportive team.

You will work with a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, and ortho settings; mentoring, ongoing education, and growth opportunities are provided within a values-driven organization that cares about delivering transformative rehab services to the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a physical therapist.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $38.00 to $48.00 / hour

(Any posted pay range considers multiple factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
