NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges. We offer programs in various locations and community-based settings, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - Full Time

• 64 Bed facility
• Adult/pediatric patients
• Compensation: $42- $52
• Pediatric experience 1 year preferred

Do you have experience in physical therapy and want to work for a company that actively improves the lives of those it serves? As a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

• Evaluate program participants and develop written treatment plans
• Administer treatments, re-evaluate, and modify programs as needed
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with standards
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources
• Plan and lead in-service training and participate in orientation programs
• Write service summaries and maintain billing records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• One year’s experience preferred
