Physical Therapist PRN

Responsibilities

• Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission, and policies
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, and consult with specialists
• Design and implement care plans based on assessments
• Conduct therapy within standards of care
• Lead support staff to achieve patient goals
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans
• Provide leadership and act as a community resource
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and transferring patients
• Work potentially irregular hours including call hours

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license for the state of work
• At least one year of healthcare experience
• Willingness and ability to travel within the coverage area
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel 50%
• Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform mobility tasks

Additional Information

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or designee. Compensation ranges from $60.00 to $70.00 per point, with potential for bonuses and performance-based pay.
