Smith Crossing in Orland Park, IL, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision, providing high-quality rehabilitation services to residents.

Required: PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), active state license, and strong organizational and communication skills; prior PTA supervision is a plus. Position is PRN with a $50–$55 hourly range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise care plans as supervised by the physician.
• Provide therapy services to residents and support the therapy team.
• Assist with supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain compliant documentation and adhere to policies.
