FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Kent, WA is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This role offers input into clinic culture, mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

Flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week, no weekends) with a competitive pay range and a $3000 sign-on bonus; opportunities for clinic ownership as the site scales.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• WA license or eligibility required.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with 1 Doctor, RN and PTA support staff.
