Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Kent, WA is seeking a motivated Part Time Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This role offers input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

You’ll work a flexible 20–25 hour weekly schedule with no weekends, treat a diverse caseload, collaborate with leadership, and have opportunities for performance bonuses and potential clinic ownership as it scales.

Qualifications

• DPT required with licensure in WA or eligibility.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with 1 Doctor, RN & PTA support staff.
