Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Evansville-area team. You will provide skilled PT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and supervising PTAs.

This role supports a compassionate, patient-centered approach for senior residents, with varied shifts and opportunities to collaborate with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy in a respectful, excellence-driven environment.

• Develop discharge plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
