Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO. The position offers a flexible schedule Monday to Friday, or alternate patterns with 4, 6, or 8 hours per day.

You will provide direct patient care to adults and contribute to documentation, under the supervision of a licensed PT. Strong mentorship and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure required.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided.
• One year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Deliver PTA services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication under supervision of a physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• You will provide physical therapy services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication, under the direction of a physical therapist

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications

• Associates degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Current state licensure
