Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and capillary collection for the Coumadin clinic.
• Identifies patients and follows labeling protocols.
• Prepares samples with correct labeling and barcodes.
• Reconciles sample reports at day end and maintains safety standards.
• Demonstrates guest service and supports team members.
