Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a phlebotomist for an in-person per diem position at 2601 N Main St Clinic. The role offers varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, with on-site work.

Responsibilities include collecting blood samples, labeling specimens correctly, and ensuring patient comfort. Requires phlebotomy coursework or 1 year of experience and HS diploma; PBT(ASCP) certification is preferred.

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Schedule:

Per Diem, Varying schedule, this is an in person position, in person location will be UW Health's 2601 N Main St Clinic.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
