Job summary

UW Health Roscoe Clinic in Rockford, IL is seeking a per diem phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform phlebotomy procedures and support patient services in a fast-paced clinic environment, with evening/weekend shifts and variable hours.

Qualifications include a phlebotomy course and/or one year of experience, plus HS diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. BLS/CPR certification is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities within UW Health.

Work Schedule:

Per diem, hours vary, you will work at UW Health Roscoe Clinic 4282 Roscoe IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime
