Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved pharmacy technician program.
• Evidence of at least 600 hours of practical experience under a pharmacist preceptor.
• Successfully complete and pass a board-approved technician examination.
• Active pharmacy technician license in good standing.
• Maintenance of continuing education hours.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescription orders under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• Assist the pharmacist in professional services delivery.
• Monitor patient profiles, records, invoices, and inventory levels for efficiency.
• Support pharmacy operations under the Pharmacy Director.
