Job summary

Iberia Comprehensive Community Health Center in Louisiana is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operation across multiple Acadiana locations (New Iberia, Abbeville, St. Martinville, Lafayette).

Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will process and fill prescriptions, assist in professional services, monitor patient profiles, invoices, and inventory to ensure efficient service for our patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of board-approved pharmacy technician program.
• Active pharmacy technician license in good standing; ongoing CE requirements.
• Experience with pharmacy operations and good computer/mathematics skills.
• Details of the training and ongoing learning are maintained in the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescription orders under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacist in delivery of professional services.
• Monitor patient profiles, invoices, and inventory to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
