Family First Health is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Delivery Driver for our pharmacy at our George Street, York location. Candidates should be computer proficient and have the ability to learn medical/pharmacy terminology. As a PRN Pharmacy Delivery Driver at Family First Health, you should have a positive and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills. If this sounds a like a good fit, we would love to hear from you.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTransports prescriptions from Family First Pharmacy to patients.Ensures prescriptions are delivered promptly, efficiently, and accurately to intended recipients.Communicates and resolves prescription delivery issues with pharmacy personnel and patients.Follows all standard operating procedures for delivery tracking, including obtaining delivery receipt acknowledgements from patients and completing internal delivery logs.Maintains security and integrity of all prescriptions throughout delivery process.Performs daily inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure it is in safe, working condition; report any concerns to Facilities Director.Cross-trains in other duties within the Pharmacy department.
