Job summary

NW Staffing LLC, doing business as Express Rx, is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to oversee retail pharmacy operations when the PIC or staff pharmacist is not present. You will supervise staff, process prescriptions, and interact with patients in central and south Arkansas.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling third-party claims, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• National Certification required.
• State Board of Pharmacy licensure required.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Immunization Certification a plus.
• Proven focus on patient care required.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of all pharmacy transactions to ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintains accurate records of prescription transactions and handles third-party claims; advises on formulary meds.
• Provides training, assigns duties, and participates in performance evaluations.
• Documents and reports medication errors to supervisor.
• Maintains close control over all store-level operations.
