You will verify orders, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise technicians, and maintain licenses while delivering friendly, team-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or long-term care pharmacy experience; 3+ years preferred.
• MN State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License.
• Order entry experience required.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians.
• Typing speed at least 40 WPM.
• Medical records experience preferred.
• Experience with FrameworkLTC preferred.
• Positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to de-escalate and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow including pharmacist verification and labeling/packaging.
• Reviews medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Complies with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Maintains licenses and certifications in good standing.
• Contributes to a friendly, team-oriented environment.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Pharmacist-in-Charge.
