Vibra Hospital of SE Michigan – Taylor Campus is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our hospital team in Taylor, MI. The pharmacist will fill and dispense medication orders, ensure proper handling and storage, and serve as a resource for medication therapy information for patients and healthcare professionals.

This role involves collaboration with medical staff to provide high‑quality, cost‑effective drug therapies.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of employment.
• Bachelor of Science Degree from a College/School of Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medication orders with proper handling and storage.
• Translate policies into daily pharmacy operations.
• Advise patients, physicians, nurses, and staff on medication therapy and drug information.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver cost‑effective drug therapies and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship.
