• Conducts Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and provides clinical interventions.
• Provides pharmacist education and information/counseling; reconciles therapy management issues.
• Responsible for formulary management including therapeutic interchanges and prior authorizations.
• Ensures quality controls by following SOPs and state/DEA regulations.
