Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a licensed Arizona pharmacist to join our team in Chandler. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, robust recordkeeping, and strict adherence to regulatory standards across state and federal guidelines.

You will collaborate with pharmacists at remote locations and Third-Party Logistics teams to resolve operational and patient-related issues while maintaining all required regulatory documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate, efficient, and complete processing and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Overseeing pharmacy recordkeeping, licensing, and documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Reviewing and adhering to policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with pharmacists, including remote locations, and with Third-Party Logistics personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintaining documentation, including exception reports and regulatory records.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, QA standards, JCAHO requirements, and GMPs where applicable.
• Performing additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned.

Target Pay Rate: 45-57/hr **salary will be commensurate with experience

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensuring the accurate, efficient, and complete processing and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Overseeing all pharmacy recordkeeping, licensing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Reviewing, updating, and adhering to pharmacy policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with pharmacists, including those at remote locations, and with Third-Party Logistics personnel to resolve operational and patient-related issues.
• Maintaining all required documentation, including exception reports and other regulatory records.
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), quality assurance standards, Joint Commission (JCAHO) requirements, state and federal regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), where applicable.
• Performing additional pharmacy-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
