Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Secure all signatures for treatments and insurance forms.
• Enter authorization/referral numbers into the registration system.
• Explain policies regarding services, pricing, insurance billing, and payment of accounts.
