Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience in the last year.
• 6 months of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition and maintains accurate medical records.
• Addresses questions or concerns from patients, families, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
