Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• License: SRNA or EMT.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Handle with Care Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care as delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and I/O.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).
• Observes and reports abnormal findings to nursing staff.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms and common areas.
• Manages the tech desk and supports nursing/physician staff and throughput.
• Documents care and activities per unit standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned and participates in required education.
