Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Carmel, IN. The role focuses on efficient check-in/out and delivering exceptional patient-centered service across our network of offices.

You will verify insurance, process referrals, and support clinical and billing teams while interacting professionally with patients and colleagues. This full-time position requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least 1 year experience in a medical practice or health insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out patients, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Travel to satellite locations as needed.
  • Verify insurance for upcoming procedures.
  • Process third-party referral information and coordinate referral procedures with clinical units and billing.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in daily tasks.

About the RoleThe Patient Service Representative will be responsible for checking patients in and out and providing exemplary customer service.
