Job summary

Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Recovery Room (PACU) RN for variable shift and PRN coverage. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient recovery after surgery.

The role requires ADN/ Diploma RN with OK RN licensure and current BLS; ACLS and PALS within specified windows post-hire. Join a dedicated team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associates in nursing (ADN) or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN License or Compact License deemed by the OK State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS within 60 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for medical/surgical patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Serve in a resource role when oriented and as directed.
• Support the organization's vision and mission.
• Utilize knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
• Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
